Done with Deadline and 36-24-36
Just finished my review of "The Triplets of Belleville." It was done (on time, mind you) in record time. I wrote 17.2" in an hour and had it polished and fact checked so that Aaron could have it editted by 3. Brilliant! Look for it on Thursday.

I had a wierd thought today when my Poli Sci prof was discussing the blaming of poor female body image on Barbie dolls — if I had a daughter I wouldn't want to deprive her of the cultural signifigance of having a Barbie (who apparently has outgrown her longtime beau Ken, thank you Christina for bringing that to my attention) but I wouldn't want to give her such a poor template of female body image. Suddenly I had a mental picture of someone sanding down their daughter's dolls' plastic bod' to more managable proportions with sandpaper in their garage workshop. Weirdness.
